請勿回應類似信件(釣魚信)以免帳號遭盜取

 

• 絕對不要將您信箱密碼寄給任何人，包括系統管理者。　

以電子郵件佯稱管理者來詐騙使用者密碼，再利用被害者的帳號寄發大量詐騙信、垃圾信來繼續從事這類不法的行為，在網際網路上層出不窮，就如同詐騙電話一般，不會消失，儘管信件內容多變，但「騙取密碼」的目的不變。

• 信箱密碼被騙，不僅個人受害，亦可能波及他人：
  1. 個人信件內容被竊取。
  2. 可能連累親朋好友被騙。
  3. 寄發大量詐騙信、垃圾信，導致學校寄信伺服器為外界（如: AOL, mxlogic）列入黑名單，影響本校寄信到校外。

• 對於這類社交型詐騙手法，目前並無有效的電腦技術可過濾，原因如下：
  1. 寄發偽造信件是相當容易的技術。
  2. 利用詐騙所得的信箱密碼來寄信。
  3. 詐騙信並無絕對的關鍵字可用來過濾且不會誤判。

• 防範電子郵件詐騙的最有效的方法，如同防範詐騙電話一樣，惟有仰賴使用者的智慧，絕對不要將您的信箱密碼寄給任何人。

• 若您判斷為詐騙信，不予理會即可；如仍有疑問，請直接打電話向相關人員或單位求證，電話號碼一定要自行查證，不要用信件所提供的電話號碼。本中心服務電話31000。

• 如果密碼已被騙取，請立即更改密碼，以防止事態擴大。
