Etymology:

                 My Chinese name was given by my Mom.
     According to her, "FU" means some traditional noble virtue for a man.
     I didn't work hard enough to verify it, so I can't tell you what kind of
     virtue it is. In Chinese, one meaning of "WE"  is  to sustain and  to maintain.
     Anyway,  she hopes  her son to be, it may be too hard to be a saint  but at least,
     a honest and decent man all his life.
     I hope I am.

     The English translation was given by my Dad when I was a kid.
     The trouble is that "We-Fu" is not the official translation
      recommended by Taiwanese government. That's why another version,
     "Wei-Fu", appears on my passport. Someday, when I get enough
     energy,  I will go dealing with the people in Taipei.

     My closed friends call me "Wolf".  The nickname is completely unofficial.
     The origin is a long story. I don't mind you  call me "wolf" privately when
     we are well acquainted with each other.

     I also have another nickname but it is reserved for my family and lover(s).
