Paper submission is closed. Post-deadline paper submission is now open.

All oral papers are invited. Contributed poster papers are welcome. We use the IEEE proceeding format. Instructions and example can be downloaded from the IEEE online resources center. The two-page paper (in pdf format) should fit into letter or A4-size paper, typed single space on one side as specified in the above web site. Charts, illustrations and figures must fit within the two-page paper.(refer to the example below) The paper should be e-mailed to the conference secretariat, Prof. Hyeyoung Ahn at hyahn@mail.nctu.edu.tw.
The deadline is October 31 , 2006 .
Acceptance of contributed papers will be notified by Nov. 15, 2006 .
