Booking & Arrangements

International Speakers/Submitters: NCTS will only arrange accommodation for the speakers/submitters whose affiliations are out of Taiwan. Domestic Speakers/Submitters: For the domestic speakers/submitters, please book rooms yourselves for your participation. You may refer to Part II for several hotels recommended. If you need our help to book a room, please contact Ms. Candie Chiu at yychiu@cts.nthu.edu.tw and specify the check-in and check-out dates (e.g. 2020/01/09-2020/01/11, 2 nights, single room) before December 25th.

Cancellation and Penalty

According to relevant booking policies (see the details), a penalty will be charged on a pro rata basis if any night of the booked accommodation is cancelled less than 14 days before the check-in date, which NCTS is not allowed to pay for. Therefore, please contact Ms. Candie Chiu by December 25th if you would like to cancel any night without being charged.
